How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping takes 7–14 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International. Expedited options (3–5 business days) are available at checkout. All orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Import duties and taxes depend on your country’s regulations. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs fees levied by your local authority. We recommend checking with your country’s customs agency before ordering. Common destinations in the US and EU have duty-free thresholds for low-value goods, but high-value props may be subject to fees.
What materials are your props made from?
We use premium craft-grade materials: high-density EVA foam (heat-formable, lightweight), thermoplastic sheets, hand-laid fiberglass for structural pieces, and acrylic paints with UV-resistant topcoats. All materials are convention-safe and meet standard venue requirements for prop weapons.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes — contact us via the form on our Contact page with your reference images and requirements. Custom lead time is typically 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll provide a quote within 2 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from the listing. Please photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal (all major credit and debit cards via PayPal Checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). PayPal Buyer Protection is active on all transactions — your payment is held until you confirm receipt.
Are your products officially licensed?
Our products are fan-made craft items inspired by popular media characters and designs. They are not officially licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with any IP rights holders. All character names and properties remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Our props are sold as artisan costume accessories for personal, non-commercial cosplay use.
